TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Stricly no cancellation of orders and refunds, please!
2. Do not order if you are impatient. Processing of orders will take 1-3 days depending on the number of orders.
3. Order confirmation will be sent through your email within 24 hours after you fill out the form.
4. Rude customers will be blocked! Let us respect each other.
5. Rush orders are also welcome though, we may charge an additional amount.
6. The deadline for payment will be 3 days after the order confirmation was sent. We accept a 50% down payment, the remaining balance will be paid once your order is finished. Note that we will not process your order until your down/full payment is settled!
7. Proof of payment will be uploaded at the form attached to the order confirmation. Payment confirmation will also be sent through email.
8. Please, read the price list and instructions for every service carefully.
9. Don't hesitate to message us if you have any inquiries and clarifications!

HOW TO ORDER

1. Send us a direct message and we will send you the order form.
2. Wait for the order confirmation through your email within 48 hours before sending your payment.
3. Settle your payment within 3 days after the order confirmation was received and fill out the payment form attached to the order confirmation.
4. Payment confirmation will also be sent to your email.
5. We will not entertain changes of order after we started processing your orders. However, if they are just minor changes, please inform us as soon as possible.

INSTRUCTIONS IN FILLING OUT THE FORM

1. Ask for the order form when you have already read the terms & conditions!
2. Different coats for front and back prints are allowed.
3. Put all your files or images in google drive and attach the link to the form. The section is named "GDrive Link".
4. There is no minimum quantity per order and per design.
5. If you wish to order with multiple designs, kindly name the file of the design with their quantity. Please, also name the files with their respective prints (photocard, binder refills, etc.) if you are ordering different kinds of them. (Ex. Photocard - 5 - Glossy Non-Coated - B2B)
5. All instructions for your prints shall be indicated in the notes section of the form.
6. The output of the prints will depend on the quality of the photos you sent.

FAQS

We do custom printings for photocards, postcards, business cards, binder fillers, binder inserts, and covers, die-cut stickers, and sticker sheets.

We also produce and make our own designs for the same products. All will be posted soon on our social media accounts!

GoGo Express, J&T Express, Shopee Checkout
SDD through Lalamove and Grab if you are around the Cavite area.

Note: You are free to opt for shopee checkout as your mode of shipping however, we are not liable for any damages, lost parcels, and other problems that may occur once we shipped out your orders. (We will always send a picture of your order after we pack it.)
